Kaitlyn and Jake chose to have a “naked” cake made by Ana from ANA PAZ CAKES. In recent years, the concept of barely-any frosting has moved from simply a trend to now a more common bakery staple. The couple believes it mirrors their approach to life in many ways -- a naked cake can be recognized by its minimal outer layer of frosting showing off the cake’s natural texture, filling and depth.
